VICUT VR240 is a desktop blade finisher designed for commercial and in-house professional labels production. It can be paired with a variety of full color label printers for a complete label printing and finishing solution. It features dual cutting heads as well as inline lamination and slitting for a full production work-flow, perfect for on-demand label production including cannabis labels, cosmetic labels, custom water bottle labels, stickers, etc.

1 | Dual cutting head. VR240 equipped with a dual cutting head system, the gap between heads is adjusted automatically via control system, not manually, greatly improve the cutting efficiency. |
2 | Digital cutting positioning sensor. The positioning sensor scans the marked points printed on the material to obtain the cutting dies information and feed it back to the machine control system, so as to realize the digital cutting. |
