VICUT VFR1312 auto feeding CNC flatbed cutter with conveyor table, with grating ruler technology and 8 levels of cutting force settlement is an efficient solution for full cutting, half cutting, perforating, marking, etc.
Road and traffic safety signs, automotive aftermarket, and signage are just a few of the applications for this series flatbed cutter.
SPECIFICATIONS
1.Advanced Algorithm.Corners that are distorted, rounded, or lifted are obvious to see.
2.Static free .We have solved the problem of friction electrostatic interference when cutting soft thin materials.
3.High Precision.Using the VFR series flatbed cutter, you can cut small text strings (minimum 0.8mm circle), and you can easily tear off the scraps.
4.Clean smooth edge quality.Clean smooth edges are delivered by the Grating Ruler and the coresponding cutting force management.
5.No Need OVERCUT.Every cutting path is aligned precisely, so no OVERCUT needs to be setup.
1.Cutting force in 8 Step,multiple layers solution. Color the cutting paths differently for various force steps, set the processing sequence as color sequence.This is good for cutting medias with multiple layers, which requires different cutting force in different layer.
2.One-click to Clear History. One-click deletion button for the currently print document and clear it completely from buffer memory.
3.Full cut/Half Cut/ Perforation/Marking, etc.Every time you may carry out either one or both.
4.DXF Direct Output.It is compatible with DXF file directly while no need any format transition.
