Vulcan flatbed cutter New Function (QR Code function like SC-350 )

1. One sheet, same as current firmware

A. with QR code, just press “QR” button on screen

B. without QR code, need to select correct PLT file from U-Disk or send correct PLT from computer

2. Two sheets

A. with QR code, just press “QR” button on screen, it’s fine for two different sheets,

NOTE: if first sheet cut successfully, but scan QR failed on second sheet, we want to try second sheet again, need to press “Recut”, machine will know first sheet be cut, and only to scan and cut second sheet;

if press “QR”, machine will thinks “the second sheet” as “first sheet”, after cutting second sheet, will try to find next sheet.

B. without QR code, need to select correct PLT file from U-Disk or send correct PLT from computer,

NOTE: if first sheet cut successfully, but scan marks failed on second sheet, we want to try second sheet again, need to press “Recut”, machine will know first sheet be cut, and only to scan and cut second sheet.

3. Four sheets

A. with QR code, just press “QR” button on screen, it’s fine for different sheets,

NOTE: if first sheet cut successfully, but scan QR failed on second sheet(or third sheet/fourth sheet), we want to try second/third/fourth sheet again, need to press “Recut”, machine will know first sheet be cut, and only to scan and cut second/third/fourth sheet;

if press “QR”, machine will thinks “the second/third/fourth sheet” as “first sheet”, after cutting second/third/fourth sheet, will try to find next sheet.

B. without QR code, need to select correct PLT file from U-Disk or send correct PLT from computer,
