Preventing electric shock

Prevent damage

When the digital flatbed cutter is running should pay attention to whether there are people or other objects in front of it to avoid a collision. After each cut, the torch should be raised to the highest point to avoid hitting the steel plate and crashing the torch. Mechanical maintenance personnel should ensure that the machine is in a stop-working state during maintenance. And hang a warning sign to avoid man-made accidents due to the sudden operation of the machine. When the digital flatbed cutter is running for a longer period of time, do not touch the heat sink and other heat-generating devices on the module directly with your hands to avoid burns.

Pay attention to checking the machine and the surrounding environment

Check whether there is a leak in the digital flatbed cutter pipeline before starting the machine. There is a leak never start the machine. Check whether there are obstacles on the working surface and guide rail after starting the machine, if there are obstacles, they must be removed. In case of an emergency, press the red emergency stop switch immediately to prevent accidents. Turn off all digital flatbed cutter gas valves before shutdown and bleed the remaining gas in the airline. If a tempering phenomenon is found in the pipeline, power and gas should be disconnected immediately. And the failure phenomenon of the machine should be recorded.
